To buy or refinance
- You will need to provide two years W-2, one month of pay stubs or two years of tax returns if self-employed. You will also need 2 months of bank statements.
- Rental agreements and two years of tax returns will be needed if you own rental property.
- If divorced, provide us with a copy of the decree.
- Recent copies of any stock brokerage or IRA/401K accounts.
For home equity loans
